12Chicken drumettes
1 clove●Garlic (grated)
1 tsp●Ginger (grated)
450 ml●Water
150 ml●Sake
70 ml●Soy sauce
2 tbsp●Sugar
1 tbsp●Bonito dashi stock granules
2 tbspMirin

Put the ● ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.

Poke holes in the drumettes with a toothpick etc. Add to the pot from Step 1, cover with a droplid, and simmer for about 30 minutes on medium-low heat.

Add the mirin to Step 2 and simmer for another 10 minutes, then it's done.
