Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour (about 120 grams)
  2. 1/4 cupmargarine (or butter) (about 60 grams)
  3. 1/8 cupsugar (about 30 grams)
  4. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix room temperature margarine and sugar well. Combine with flour and mix by cutting through the dough. Tip: Do not knead.

    Gather the dough in plastic wrap or a plastic bag, and roll it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
