Ingredients

  1. 1 boxjiffy corn bread mix
  2. 1/2 cupsour cream
  3. 1/2 cancreamed corn
  4. 1 cupcheddar cheese
  5. 1egg
  6. 1diced jalapeños (optional)
  7. 1/4 cupsalsa (I used clints salsa, but use whatever kind is your fav)
  8. 1/2 stickmelted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350

    Spray an 8x8 casserole dish with cooking spray

  3. 3

    In a bowl combine melted butter, creamed corn, jalapeños if using, and salsa . Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add the egg and combine together.

  5. 5

    Mix the jiffy in with the wet ingredients, blend in the cheese, and mix in the sour cream last.

  6. 6

    Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake for 45-55 minutes until brown.
