With a hint of sweet and savory flavors, this salmon becomes even more delicious without any strong fishy taste! It's a dish you'll want to enjoy with a drink. It pairs well with red wine.

The origin of this recipe
I wanted to enjoy oven-baked salmon with a Japanese flavor, so I referred to several online recipes and created my own version.
