Ingredients

  1. Rrice
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Pepper
  4. Onions
  5. Lettuce
  6. Awara(Tofu)
  7. Seasonings and spices
  8. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot,pour your water after boiling wash your rice with warm water and salt and pour in

    After 20mins its parboiled then wash it and put small water in a clean pot and some salt. After it boils and the rice is already strained,pour it in the pot and allow to steam.

    For the stew;
    In a dried clean pot pour in some vegetable oil after its hot pour in some sliced onions then your blended tomatoes and peppers

    After its well fried put some garlic, ginger and other spices of your choice then put in some water. Add in seasonings and salt and allow it to boil

    We'll be using awara instead of meat/fish/eggs

    Its time to put in the awara. NOTE;it should be fried separately before putting it in

    Put and stir leave for 2mins and off the flame

  8. 8

    Properly wash your veggies with salt and then slice and cut

  9. 9

    Serve it properly with a cold drink of your choice 😉
