Ingredients

6-8 paratha
  1. 1 and half cup chopped cabbage
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander
  4. 1 tablespoonKanda lahsun masala
  5. Half tablespoon salt
  6. 4 tablespoongram flour
  7. 2 and half cup wheat flour
  8. 4 table spoonoil or ghee
  9. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  10. 1 teaspoonajwain
  11. 1 tablespoonsesame seeds

    First of all we are making cabbage vegetable for that make a tadka with mustard seeds and cumin seeds then add chopped onion and stir it till onion become transparent then add other ingredients like kandalasun masala garam masala salt and coriander and then add chopped cabbage and mix it well keep plate on it and keep it for 5 minutes on medium flame need of water adding. Then switch off the flame and make it cool

    No keep a flat plate and transfer this vegetable in that add gram flour and wheat flour and then add ajwain sesame seeds oil and salt and then mix it well for making dough add little bit water and make a dough. Keep as it is for 5 minutes then make a little loiya and make parathas.

    Keep tawa On medium flame and from both side roast properly put ghee from both sides which gives nice Aroma and taste to our cabbage paratha. Serve paratha with dahi chutney or any dip.
