Ingredients

  1. 900 gVenison
  2. 1 kgpotatoes 🥔
  3. 2carrots 🥕
  4. 2white onion 🧅
  5. 200 mlcream
  6. salt, black pepper to taste
  7. 1little olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the carrots into circles and the onion into half rings.

    Cut the venison into small pieces. Mine is already cut. Cube the potatoes.

    In a multicooker bowl, on the “Fry” mode, fry the meat in a small amount of olive oil.

    Add vegetables. Pour in cream. If it is fatty, dilute with boiling water. Close the lid of the multicooker, set the "Stewing" mode for 1 hour.

    After the multicooker signal, the Venison with vegetables is ready. Remember that the cooking time of the dish directly depends on the quality of the meat and the characteristics of the multicooker.
