Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with ginger, garlic,yoghurt,salt and seasoning cube for 1hour.
    After that fry the chicken and keep aside.

    Wash and peel the potatoes cut into desire shape.
    In a pan on fire add water bring to boil and add the potatoes,leave it for 10-15mins.
    After boiling it,place the frying pan on fire add oil when hot... add the veggies you have already washed that's.... slice onions, chopped green pepper and green beans stir and add the grated pepper stir and season with salt and seasoning cube stir all together.

    Stir fry it for 3-4 mins and then break the eggs whisk and pour into the pan.
    Add the boiled potatoes and stir it all together keep stirring it gently until the potatoes and egg is well mixed and done.
    When its perfectly cooked, off the flame and keep it aside.

    Wash and parboil the rice rinse and keep aside.
    Wash and chop all the veggies listed and keep aside(carrot,onions, green beans, green pepper and little cabbage)
    Grate the red pepper and tomatoes.

    In a pan on fire, add oil when the oil is hot......add chopped onions and stir it gently,follow by grated pepper and tomatoes stir all and add 2-3cups of water.
    Spice it with ginger,curry and garlic.
    Bring to boil and season with salt and seasoning cube cover the pot and allow the seasoning cube to melt and cook for 2-3mins.

    After that....add the parboiled rice and stir gently and cover for 10-15mins..,..uncover the pot and add chopped green beans, green pepper, carrot and onions mix all together with the rice and cover the pot until the food is perfectly done.

    And lastly add the chopped cabbage.
    That.., u can decide to off the flame and allow the steam to cook the cabbage or lower the flame and allow the cabbage to cook for 4-5mins.

    Walah....! the rice is ready...... i used washed clean cabbage to give it beautiful presentation. u can give it another wow plating and catch people's attentions.
