Oh! And that’s basmati wild rice i paired with it. I was attracted by the color of the rice and decided to try it out. I’m not too much of a salmon fan but i really love how this one i made came out with a crunchy outer layer and tender inner.

Ingredients

20minutes
2 servings
  1. 200 gsalmon
  2. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper corn grind
  3. 1 teaspoonPeriperi
  4. Sea salt
  5. Little powdered seasoning
  6. 1 teaspoonolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the salmon fish and path dry

  2. 2

    Place a clean skillet on medium heat and grease with the olive oil

  3. 3

    Allow to heat up

  4. 4

    Then grind little salt, peppercorn and seasoning on one side of the salmon and place on the heated pan

  5. 5

    Leave to grill for up to 7minutes without turning

  6. 6

    Then turn to the other side and grind some salt, peppercorn with little seasoning on it

  7. 7

    Leave to grill also for 7-8minutes or until golden brown

  8. 8

    By now, the salmon must have released some oil of it’s own. Turn down the heat

  9. 9

    And sprinkle the periperi on the salmon

  10. 10

    Remove from the pan and serve
