I absolutely love chicken salad, and I am always experimenting with new recipes! This is one I threw together last night, using ingredients I had on hand. Turned out pretty well!

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cupCooked chicken. (Rotisserie, breasts, canned...your choice.)
  2. 1/3 cupBlue Plate Mayonnaise or Plain greek yogurt
  3. 1/2 cupchopped grapes
  4. 1/4 cupchopped celery
  5. 1/2 cupchopped apples
  6. 1/4 cupchopped nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, etc.)
  7. 1 tspcourse ground black pepper
  8. 1 tspMorton Nature's Seasoning Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until chilled.

    Serve on bread of your choice. (Croissants, pita, tortillas, french rolls, etc.)
