Kilishi is a version of jerky that originated in Hausaland. It is a dried form of Suya. Kilishi is a delicacy in Hausa Land, made from cow, sheep or goat meat after the removal of bone. ... The dried "sheets" of meat are then collected and kept for the next process.

One of my colleague have been asking for pancakes and I decided to treat her to a nice #relaxaftereatingbrunch

I love to experiment base on what I can see in the kitchen; I walk into the kitchen blind and I come out with a plate of food. My kitchen is my laboratory and you can be my lab rat 😋😋😋. A foodie by day and A foodie by night. #Icookueat
