  3. 1 pinchsalt and pepper
  4. 1 tbspcurry powder
  5. DEEP FRIED
  6. 1 cupcoconut oil or any oil
  7. 6sardine

Cooking Instructions

    Drain sardine from olive oil

    Beat an egg then set aside

  3. 3

    Mix bread crumbs and curry powder with salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Dip drained sardine into the beaten eggs then fully coated it with curried bread crumbs

    Deep fried it with coconut oil for 1 minute then drain on paper towel and set aside

  6. 6

    DEEP FRIED LETOVER CURRIED BREADCRUMBS FOR FEW SECONDS THEN DRAIN AND SERVE AS EXTRA CRISPY TOPPINGS

    OPTIONAL SERVE CRISPY CURRIED SARDINE SNACK WITH CHILI SAUCE
