We really like the taste of the sauce that's used in this salad, it came from a recipe for broccoli salad that we make. Sweet and sour, you can adjust the sugar for sweetness. I should warn you that the sauce will liquify and become soupy while it chills. I usually use the juice

Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesclassic coleslaw
  2. 2 tbspvinegar
  3. 1/3 cupsugar
  4. 1 cuphellman's mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse coleslaw in cold water and dump into a large bowl

  2. 2

    Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in a bowl or measuring cup with a spout

  3. 3

    Add to the slaw mixture and mix well.

  4. 4

    Place lid on the bowl and place in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. 5

    Let rest for about an hour, the longer it sets the better it tastes.
