Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
- 2
Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- 3
Par cook the biscuits about half way (or fully cooked if desired) and then cut into quarters. I do this just to make sure the biscuits cook through while baking with the mixture.
- 4
Mix chicken, ham, 1 cup cheese and Alfredo sauce.
- 5
Toss biscuit quarters with mixture and stir gently to coat well.
- 6
Add salt and pepper to taste if you like.
- 7
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- 8
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and biscuits are cooked through.

Simple Chicken Cordon Bleu Simple Chicken Cordon Bleu
I found this recipe in my wife’s “draft recipes” and completed it. This is her take on chicken Cordon Bleu updated for a faster, simpler cook. It takes very little time and there’s no rolling, breading or wondering if it’s done. The sauce is lightened up but still creamy and very flavorful. It can also be made ahead and broiled right before serving. fenway -

Chicken Cordon Bleu Chicken Cordon Bleu
My mom always considered this a ”fancy” dish. I used to help her make it when I was a girl. We would struggle mightily to keep the chicken rolls secure with toothpicks. It wasn’t until recently that I learned the trick that restaurants use: wrapping the chicken rolls tightly in plastic wrap and then chilling them for a while will make them keep their shape without toothpicks!I prefer to bake this dish, but frying or deep frying is an option if you prefer. This recipe is modified from The Food Network#GlobalApron Week 1 Chicken Breast#Dinner #Party #Meat Chris Gan -

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
I love casseroles and they are a great way to use leftover chicken. I saw a recipe from Ree Drummond and modified it to my cream sauce. What is great about this recipe is that it is a casserole so you can add any vegetables; like mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, etc. to modify it. fenway
