Ingredients

4 servings
  1. gallonwater
  2. 4onions
  3. 4large carrots
  4. 1 headcelery
  5. 1large ginger
  6. 1 headgarlic
  7. 1 tbsptoasted sesame seed oil
  8. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  9. 1 lbshiitake mushrooms
  10. 1 lbsmall mustard greens
  11. 1 lboriental noodles (of your choice)
  12. 1scallions

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Put first 8 ingredients in a large pot, roughly chopping the vegetables & boil for 1hour.

  2. 2

    Remove & strain all vegetables. These veggies are no longer needed, they were just to make the veggie stock.

  3. 3

    In separate pot boil noodles & set aside.

  4. 4

    Chop up mushrooms & mustard green & cook in veggie broth.

  5. 5

    Add noodles to bowl & ladle in broth with veggies & garnish with scallions

  6. 6

    Eat & enjoy
