Ingredients

  1. 1/2kg.begun
  2. 2pototoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1green chilli
  7. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tbspblack salt
  10. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  11. 1 pinchhing
  12. 1/2 tbspcumin seeds
  13. To tastesalt
  14. as neededOil
  15. 1-2 tbspchopped green codiander

Cooking Instructions

    Cut begun and potatoes with skin.

  2. 2

    Peel the onion and chopped,chopped the tomato.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a cooker add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add chopped onion and saute.

    When onion change in colour add chopped tomato and ginger garlic paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.

    Now add green chilli and dry spices except garam masala and sauts till leave the oil.

    Now add cut begun and potatoes and mix well.

    Take 2 weastles,open and add garam masala and mix well.

  8. 8

    Transfer into a serving bowl.garnish with green coriander.

  9. 9

    Serve with roti/paratha.
