  • 1potato
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • as required oil
  • As required regular spices
  • As neededchillli and coriander leaves
  • Pinchhing /asafoetida
  • 1/4 tspCumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add hung,cumin seeds,green chillies let it spluter.

  2. 2

    Now add everything mentioned.Give 1 whistle and allow the pressure to escape on it's own

  3. 3

    Once the potatoes get soft serve hot with roti.
