Cooking Instructions

In a pan cover the surface with the oil and keeping low flame make sure that is hot

add the onion and golden it for about 5 min

At this point add the carrots and cook for about 2 more min.

Add the butter and let it melt all over.

When the butter is melted add the frozen peas and straight away add water. Need to cover the peas.

Need to cook with low flame until the carrots are cooked.

Add salt & pepper as prefered.

When the water is reduced but still around. Break Cover and cook only for few min. Based how soft you like the egg.

With a large spoon portion the dish. Probably with a better decoration then mine.
