Cooking Instructions

In a bowl empty the box of creamcheese. Then slowly add the icing sugar and mix both together until mix has no lumps. (You may add more sugar if you want) After mix is ready add the food coloring or vanilla if you want. Once the mix is one color put the icing in the frige until firm. Once the icing is firm you can then enjoy it on any cake or cupcake. Also you can add sprinkles on top. Personally I love it with red velvet or chocolate cake! BON APPETIT !

This will take 20 min plus the time it will take to cool. Servings are for one medium cake or 24 cupcakes. If you want less divide the ingredience by half.

This great icing is light and fluffy, and not all gorpey like a traditional buttercream. If you eat it right away, it will be a bit grainy from the sugar, but I like it that way. You can also freeze a cake frosted with this, and by the time it thaws, the grains will have smoothed out nicely.
