Ingredients

  1. 8-10 slicesPork liver, about
  2. 1 handfulfresh spinach leaves
  3. 6-7 slicesfresh ginger
  4. 1/2 cuprice wine
  5. Salt, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the pork liver from the package and rinse under cold water for about 2 minutes until the water runs clear.

    Fill a pot about 3/4 full with water, add the rice wine and ginger, and bring to a gentle boil.
