  • 1 canparsnip greens
  • 1 canfire roasted tomatoes
  • 1/2red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 canwhite baby potatoes
  • 1 cuplentils, cooked
  • 1 cuptofu, cubed
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 6 tbspgarlic, minced
  • 1lemon, juiced
  • 1 pinchsalt and pepper to taste
