Wow!!! I DID it! I am NOT diabetic anymore. So says my doctor. I weighed 220lbs. For around two decades. Suddenly I only weigh 211. I'm not taking any kind of medication. I haven't been all along. I hope you enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 16 ozfrozen broccoli
  2. 16 ozfrozen cauliflower
  3. 1 cuppackaged shredded cheese.
  4. 2 tbsphot sauce
  5. 2 tbsptoasted sesame oil
  6. 5 tbspbacon bits.

Cooking Instructions

    Open bagged veggies and place in microwave safe bowl.

    Put a hole in the center of vegetables.

    Place lid on bowl to vent.

  4. 4

    Microwave on high (1100 Watt oven) for 3 minutes.

    Add oil.

  6. 6

    Add hot sauce.

  7. 7

    Stir.

  8. 8

    Microwave on high for 3 minutes.

  9. 9

    Add cheese.

  10. 10

    Add bacon bits.
