I saw this recipe on a Greek tv program. It comes from Kimolos island and it called "laderi" means oily.
Came out amazing and was a nice side dish for some wine!

ps i didn't took care of the dough to be 1cm so it become more "bready"

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. dought
  2. 500 gramsbread flour
  3. 7 gramsdry gist
  4. 1 1/2 cupwarm water
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. toppint
  7. 2white onions
  8. 1red onion
  9. 3tomatoes thin sliced
  10. 1salt, pepper
  11. 1 cupolive oil
  12. 20 gramstomato paste

Cooking Instructions

    Add the gist to the warm water, leave it for 5 min. Then mix with the flour, add the salt in the end.

    we take a soft dough. leave it to rest 30min

  3. 3

    in a plate for the oven (32cm) add the half of the oil and then put the dough and open it with your fingers like pizzab(1cm think)

    on the top sprinkle salt and pepper. then the tomato paste (make finger prints into the dough). Then add salt and pepper.

    then add the onions (normal-small pieces) and the tomato.

    the dought has to be 1cm thick

    Salt, pepper and add the rest oil. i add fresh oregano when it came out of the oven
