Ingredients

6 people
  1. 1 cupwarm water
  2. 1 cupwarm milk
  3. 2 tspinstant yeast
  4. 5 cupflour or more
  5. 5 tbssugar
  6. 1 cupvegetable oil
  7. 1 tbssalt
  8. 1egg yolk
  9. 2 cupParmesan cheese
  10. 2 cupfeta cheese
  11. 6mushrooms
  12. 1red or green pepper
  13. 1tomato
  14. 10black olives
  15. 2hot dogs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Combine flour and yeast, then in the middle of flour add sugar, milk, water, oil, salt, start kneading the dough, until non stick to your hands. You will add flour step by step, you feel still sticky add more flour,

  2. 2

Cover the dough let it rise about 1 hour,

  3. 3

Prepare the veggies and the other ingredients to decorate the pizza, cut peppers, mushrooms, sausage, tomato, halve olives, set oven for 375/ 180

  4. 4

Line baking sheet on parchment paper. Have egg size of dough, stretch it up and put on the sheet, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese

  5. 5

Line tomato slices over cheese with olives and veggies

  6. 6

Don't forget the brush side of the dough with egg yolk

  7. 7

Cook until surface of pies get their golden brown colors. I have about 20 pies with this ingredients, 2 trays total. I place one of the tray on top rack, about 25 minutes later I change the trays, so I rotate them to get evenly cooked.

  8. 8

I used Parmesan cheese with first tray of pies

  9. 9

Second tray of pies made with feta cheese

  10. 10

They both were tasty, they doubled the sizes, so make sure when you add veggies press them very good over the dough 🙄

  11. 11

Enjoy with Turkish tea!!keep them in air tight container in the fridge, or freeze them in ziplock bag

  12. 12

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore! Also no sugar, flour and very low carbohydrate meals .This is my journey now. Good luck on yours! 😄✌️

I'm pretty confidant one should use "parchment paper," rather than waxed paper.
