Matcha Beer Matcha Beer
I tried matcha beer on my honeymoon in Kyoto, and I've been hooked ever since. It's super refreshing with a distinct matcha flavor that shines through. A high grade ceremonial matcha isn't necessary for this recipe, but for a vibrantly green color, I would recommend using it. Given the choice, I'd take a matcha beer over regular pint any day! lilis.home -

Beer Can Chicken Beer Can Chicken
Stole this one from someone else but I’m sure they won’t mind if I share the goodness! This can be done on the grill as well but I haven’t tried that yet, as our grill is not tall enough. This is hands down the juiciest chicken you will ever taste. You can omit the butter if you want, I just use it to crisp the skin up real nice.Forgot to mention if you have leftovers, you can pull the meat off and use it for many other recipes later on! (Including my Mostly Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup and Chicken Crack.) Plain Jane -
