Ingredients

30 minutes
4 people
  1. 2 lbschicken breast
  2. 1 packagefrozen peas
  3. 1 headonion chopped
  4. 3garlic
  5. 3 tspolive oil
  6. Dashsalt and pepper
  7. 1 tspeach garlic and onion powder
  8. 1 tspallspice
  9. 1 tspturmeric
  10. 2 cansstew tomatoes one you blend

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Saute chicken in the hot olive oil over medium heat for 5 minute.

    Add onion and garlic cook for another 5 minute

  3. 3

    Add all the spices one of the can stew tomatoes cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    If it need water add 1/4 cup of chicken broth

  5. 5

    Blend the stew tomatoes add with the frozen peas on top cook for another 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve with plan rice

  7. 7

    You could add any kind of vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower, eggplant, chickpeas).
