Bleach palm oil till it's clear

Add your grounded Ata rodo, allow to fry

Add your pomo, meat and crab allow to boil together and add in your meat stock

Allow to boil together and add seasoning if needed

Add your grated okro

Allow to boil, add you fish and cray fish.... Allow to simmer.

Serve with eba or semo or pounced yam.
