  2. 1 cuparugula salad
  3. BALSAMIC SALAD DRESSING
  4. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  5. 1 tbsppounded garlic
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 3 tbspEVO extra virgin olive oil
  9. 1 dashblack pepper
  10. BOILED EGG
  11. 1 tspoil
  12. 2egg
  13. 1 literwater
  14. GARNISH
  15. 1 tbspgrated parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    BOILED RUNNY EGG YOLK

    bring water and egg to a boil in low heat uncover for 5 minute 30 second or 6 minute depending on the size of egg

    then immediately cool it down under runny water to prevent continuing cooking

    SALAD DRESSING

    whisk and mix all ingredients

  6. 6

    SERVE

    add 2 tbsp of balsamic dressing onto arugula salad and mix well

  8. 8

    top with egg then cut into half

  9. 9

    top with grated parmesan cheese
