Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. red eggs colouring
  3. 5 tbspwater
  4. 2drop red food colouring
  5. serve with
  6. 1 dashlight soy sauce and white pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    bring water and eggs to a boil then simmer eggs for 8 minute

  2. 2

    let it cool the roll egg to crack shell

  3. 3

    drop red food colouring with 5 tbsp of water

  4. 4

    dip crack shell eggs to coat amd let it stand for half hour

  5. 5

    removed egg shell

  6. 6

    serve as it is with light soy sauce and white pepper

  7. 7
