Cooking Instructions

bring water and eggs to a boil then simmer eggs for 8 minute
- 2
let it cool the roll egg to crack shell
- 3
drop red food colouring with 5 tbsp of water
- 4
dip crack shell eggs to coat amd let it stand for half hour
- 5
removed egg shell
- 6
serve as it is with light soy sauce and white pepper
- 7
