Ingredients

  1. 600 gshrimp
  2. 1 packagearugula
  3. 1 cupcherry tomatoes
  4. Parmigiana cheese
  5. 1 tsporegano
  6. 1 tspbasil
  7. 2 clovesgarlic
  8. 1 tbspOlive oil
  9. Balsamic vinegar
  10. Salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper (to taste) and coat shrimp. Let it stand 20-30 minutes.

    Mix a standard package of arugula (I used 1/3 of huge Costco-size pack), cherry tomatoes (cut in half), put in shrimp with herbs (cook first if used uncooked). Mix well.

    Add parmigiana cheese and balsamic vinegar to taste. Serve.
