I came up with an appetizer similar to one served in restaurants, and made it easily.

I came up with an appetizer similar to one served in restaurants, and made it easily.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 largeTomato
  2. 6bunches Arugula
  3. For the dressing:
  4. 1 tbsp●Olive oil
  5. 1/2 tbsp●Vinegar
  6. 1 tsp●Lemon juice
  7. 1 dash●Salt and pepper
  8. 1●Grated garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the tomato to easily peel the skin. Cut into wedges.

  2. 2

    Cut the arugula into 5cm long pieces.

  3. 3

    Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk until they turn a milky white. Add the arugula from Step 2 and toss with the dressing.

    Arrange the tomatoes from Step 1 in a dish and place the arugula over the top to finish.
