Ingredients

  1. cupcakes
  2. 125 gramsbutter
  3. 2/3 cupsugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 envelopevanilla
  6. 1a pinch of salt
  7. 100 mlbuttermilk
  8. 1 1/2 cupflour
  9. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  10. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  11. Butter cream frosting
  12. 200 gramssoft butter
  13. 2 1/2 cupsifted powdered sugar
  14. 1 envelopevanilla
  15. 3 tbspmilk
  16. 1A tinge of red colour(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180°C

    Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer till creamy.

  3. 3

    Add eggs and vanilla and continue beating till fluffy, add milk than beat.

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  5. 5

    Gradually add the dry ingredients to the other mixture while beating till all ingredients are mixex well.

    Prepare 12 cupcakes papers in a cupcake pan and fill 3/4 of each cupcake paper.

    Enter preheated oven fo 18-20 minutes or untill a toothpick inserted in the cupcake come out clean.

    For the frosting: Beat butter with electric mixer for at least 2 minutes, till creamy and pale , than add sugar food colour milk and keep beating till smooth mixture. Put in a piping bag with a star tip and decorate your cupcakes.
