Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsBean Sprout
  2. 1 pieceJapanese Cucumber
  3. 5 sheetsHam
  4. <Sauce>
  5. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  6. 2 tbspVineger
  7. 1 tbspSesame oil
  8. 2 tbspSugar
  9. 1 tbspChinese Suop Stock

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine the sauce ingredients and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Boil the bean sprouts for 1 minuets. Then squeeze it well.

  3. 3

    Cut the cucumber and ham into thin strips. (Same size as bean sprout)

  4. 4

    Mix all vegetables and sauce well. And keep it in fridge for 30 minuets.
