Coco mixed cake

Dey wanted something simple and dis wat I came up with
Cooking Instructions

Cream sugar and butter till fluffy and lite

Break egg into the mixture (butter and sugar) and mix well.

Sieve your flour into it and stir add your flavor, fruit, milk flavor, strawberry flavor, baking powder and preservative.

Divide the mixture into two add Coco to on and mix well wen equally mixed set it aside to rest.

Butter your pan and dust with flour. Den pour your Coco mixture first and den the plain mixture.

Set in a preheated oven and allow to bake for about 45mins before opening use a toothpick to check if it is ready, if it comes out clean it is ready. Remove and put in a cooling tray.

For the icing whisk your egg white till foamy and there is no liquid in it add ur glucose and continue to whisk till it is melted add cmc and start adding the icing sugar till it is strong. Set on your work table and stretch when it is stretchy cut part of it and add your color and mix till it is well mixed den wrap in a leather and allow your cake to cool before covering.
