Ingredients

  1. 3cucumbers, peeled & sliced
  2. 2 tbspvinegar
  3. 3hard boiled eggs
  4. 2 tbspsugar
  5. to tastesalt & pepper
  6. 1 1/2 tbspdill weed
  7. 2 cupssour cream
  8. 1/2onion thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Peel & slice cucumbers then slice onion. Place in large serving bowl.

    Boil your eggs, peel & slice. Add to serving bowl.

  3. 3

    Add sugar, vinegar & sour cream. Stir until all cucumber slices are coated with sour cream. Should look creamy.

    Add salt, pepper & dill weed. Stir again & refrigerate for a few hours for best result. Enjoy!
