    Boil the egg and remove the back.cut out the back of the cucumber and slice.

    Parboil the rice and wash it twice.

    Fry onion,tomato paste in vegetable oil for 10minutes with stirring.Next is curry,knorr cubes,salt,crayfish and fresh pepper.pour in water and cover to boil.

    Immediately it starts boiling mix in the parboiled rice and stir then cover and leave it to boil.

    Let it be soft and the water drys up the rice is ready.
