Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1cucumber
  2. 1ripe banana
  3. 1 sachettomatoe
  4. 2 cupsrice
  5. 2Onion
  6. 2Maggi
  7. Salt
  8. 1big Green pepper
  9. 2cksp vegetable oil
  10. 1 teaspooncurry
  11. 2bay leaves
  12. 2ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil the rice for 10minutes.

    Heat up the pot,add vegetable oil onces is hot put the sachet tomato and onion.fry for 2minutes.

    Add water,stir it and cover it to boil.after 3minutes,add salt,curry,maggi,ginger and bay leaves.

    Leave it to boil for at least 4minutes then pour in the rice and stir very well.as ks boiling

    Wash and cut banana,cucumber and green peller.

  6. 6

    Pour in the green pepper when the rice is ready.turn very well.

  7. 7

    Serve the rice with sliced banana and cucumber by the side.
