    Wash and slice the ukazi.rinse and cut the garden eggs and fresh pepper

    Add 2 tablespoon of water to potash and sieve out the liquid in a clean bowl,add the palmoil then the maggi cubes, fresh pepper,salt

    Rinse the ugba and add up then mix all together with bare hands(my mum's method)put the ukazi and sliced garden eggs.

    Boil it for 2minutes.
