Cooking Instructions

    Rinse out the dust from the zobo leaves with water

    In a pot put the zobo leaves, mint leaves, lemon grass, cloves, ginger and pour enough water to cover it

    Cook on medium heat and leave to boil for about 30minutes

  4. 4

    Turn off the heat sieve it and set aside to cool down completely

  5. 5

    Wash the cucumber and pineapples cut it up into small pieces and put it in a blender

  6. 6

    Pour some water into the blender and blend the contents until they are smooth

  7. 7

    Then pour the juice into your zobo drink

  8. 8

    Add sugar to your taste

  9. 9

    Pour into bottles and refrigerate
