Ingredients

  • leavesMint
  • Lemon grass
  • Pineapple axis (hard inner part of pineapple)
  • Ginger
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Tea bags (lipton, twinnings, beyond comment) (made almost 8 cups hence the amount of tea bags)

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate ginger, pineapple axis

    Wash mint leaves and chopped lemon grass leaves

  3. 3

    Add into a pot with desired amount of water. Add cinnamon powder and let it boil for about 10-15 minutes

  4. 4

    Add the tea bags and boil for another five minutes. Sieve and add honey or sugar.
