What to do with those leftover bread slices? I turned them into omelette. Perfect for breakfast and snacks. I rolled it so it would look tastier and neater.

Ingredients

4 (2 rolled omelettes)
  1. 5-6bread slices
  2. 4eggs
  3. 125 mlmilk
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
  6. 1 pinchsugar
  7. 2 tbspoil (1 tbsp for each omelette)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Shred the bread slices and add to eggs and milk.

  2. 2

    Wait for two or three minutes until the bread slices absorb the liquid.

  3. 3

    Add salt, black pepper, and sugar, mix well.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan. Carefully pour the batter. Lower the heat and cover.

  5. 5

    When the omelette is a bit firm, carefully roll it. Make sure it is quite firm.
