Cooking Instructions

Wash and cut/chop carrot,spring onion,green pepper, onion and grate the pepper keep all aside.

In a pan add some oil when hot pour the onion stir and add the grated pepper, follow by green pepper and carrot stir it and spice it with ginger,garlic and curry,season it with salt and seasoning cube n stir all together leave it for 3mins to cook.

In a bowl break the eggs whisk and pour in into the pan and stir after 1mins then keep stirring to avoid sticking on the pan.
Before u off the flame add the spring onions and stir, off the flame and its done - 4
Bring out one slice bread flat it on ur chopping board with rolling pin when well flatten fetch the scramble egg and put, it at the edge of the bread,roll it and use flour batter or egg to gum it so as not to split inside the oil when frying.

Roll it all and prepare to fry.

Put oil in a pan when hot fry it till golden brown and use colender and drain the excess oil.

Try it and gist me about it.
Its so delicious and crunchy.
Note:u can use any filling of ur choice.
