Village-Style Fried Rice ala Mama

Good morning... I just realized that I haven't posted my Fried Rice recipe here 😁 A few days ago, Ms. Fitri Sasmaya mentioned she wanted to recreate my fried rice, but it seems it's not on Cookpad 😂
I have many fried rice recipes on my Instagram, with various types of fried rice, and it wouldn't be fair not to share them here because, in reality, many people still struggle to get the taste just right 😆
Don't be discouraged because even five-star hotel restaurants don't always have delicious fried rice 😂
This is the most basic, easiest, and tastiest fried rice recipe according to me because it's the first fried rice I ever ate. Yes... it's my mom's fried rice. Back in school days, my mom often made this kind of fried rice for breakfast. It didn't have many ingredients, just eggs and cucumber slices, but it was so delicious 😋👍🏻👍🏻 and very fragrant 😍👍🏻
You must try it... because this fried rice is one of the favorite recipes that many friends have recreated from my cookbook. Friends who have tried it say making delicious fried rice isn't that difficult 😁 no need to grind spices, no need for instant fried rice seasoning anymore.

It has simple spices mixed with candlenut and dried shrimp paste, so the aroma is sharp and distinctive --- it can certainly be tempting. This fried rice is tasty, especially with a sprinkling of fried anchovies that are so crunchy. It's also pretty hot and spicy, because it's sprinkled with sliced chili. Here is the recipe... Bihun Goreng Kampung (Village Fried Rice Noodles) Bihun Goreng Kampung (Village Fried Rice Noodles)
I named this dish ‘Village’ Rice Noodles because my mom used to cook it for me when we lived in a small village long time ago. It’s a very simple dish and it doesn’t use any meat in it because at that time we didn’t have enough money to buy meat for food. But it tastes very good (because it’s Mom’s recipe, of course) especially when you eat it with bird eyes chilies 🌶😋🥵👍🏻Please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary for the Indonesian recipes or @jenscookdineandtravel for the English recipes 🙏🏻😊😘 jenscookingdiary -
