Sloppy Joe Philly steak and cheese,

I found this recipe online and made a ton of changes to it. My family loved this and next time I make it I will have to double the recipe. Iam not much for a sloppy joe but I love me a Philly steak and cheese, this turns out easy and cheap to make. This recipe looks like a lot of ingredients but you can changes it up use little or a lot or leave stuff out... I even gave 3 different way to make this, that’s why it looks like a lot but it’s so easy, and great for them lazy days when you don’t want to cook or Sunday football game days, or can be like me a busy mom with no time to cook on some days. (If you make this I’d love to see pictures.)

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Stove top and instant pot. Directions. Cut or dice all veggies I used and onion dicer.
- 2
Brown turkey or beef in a pot. Once browned drain the grease put back in pan add all cut up veggies (I used my instant pot)
- 3
Cook on medium heat until they are cooked through. Mix in the rest of the ingredients
- 4
Bring to a bubble and then cover and let simmer for a good 10 minutes.
Spoon onto any kind of bun. Top with the cheese and Enjoy! - 5
Crockpot directions - Just combine everything in the pot and let cook on low all day. (I did everything in my instant pot but put in my crockpot on low to cook it down (2hrs) you could used the instant pot slow cooker but I never used that.

Notes- I used hot dog buns toasted them, then add the meat mixture and cheese then toasted them again so the cheese was melted. I toasted them so the buns would not get soggy
