When I was in Italy I used to eat this almost every day on summer days. You can make a big portion and feel very satisfied both with taste and health.Two secrets here are:1) paper thin slices make the vegetables to taste more smooth. (See the tool in the photo of step 2. You can get one of those on Japanese shops. It makes very thin slices.)2) get the best tuna you can get. In USA the best is the "Genova tonno" that you can find at costco.

I was going to make burgers with buns for dinner last night until the hubs told me he was not feeling the buns because his weeklong work function served sandwiches at lunch every day.So we went with a burger salad, incorporating four different recipes from Cookpad, all of which are pretty easy and don't take that much time. (See Method section for urls for each recipe.)I didn't give exact measurements because it's one of those assembly deals where you can put as much or as little of a thing as you like for your salad.That was one tasty low-starch way to enjoy a burger.
