Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppearl onion
  2. 1 tspchopped beetroot
  3. 2green cardamom
  4. 1 pinchcinnamon powder
  5. 4cloves
  6. 2 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspsugar
  8. 2green chillies slit into two
  9. 1 cupwhite vinegar
  10. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and wash pearl onion.

  2. 2

    In a glass jar put vinegar and water. Add salt, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, green chilli, beet.

    Give it a quick mix.

  4. 4

    Then add onion into the jar. And mix it well.

  5. 5

    Keep it in fridge for atleast 12 hours and use it. U can use this for 10 to 15 days.

    Now your vinegar onion is ready to eat.
