In a clean bowl ofcourse, pour in your warm water, and add in yeast, Ps: if if it’s not active yeast, prove for 5mins

Then sugar

Now salt

Then milk

Whisk together

Finally your flour goes in

Mix together with your hand, the mixture should be a bit watery.

Take out from the bowl to knead on a flat surface or u can as well use a mixer.

After a minute of kneading or mixing add in your butter

Knead for 15-20mins, 0r 8-10mins with mixer. Ps: when kneading it can get very sticky so grease your hand at intervals.

Your dough will look less sticky and elastic, then it’s done ✅

Grease your bowl with oil, place in your dough, cover with plastic wrap.

And allow to prove(i.e to double it’s size) just as seen here

Press down dough with your hand

Take out from the bowl and roll out with your hands, like this👇

Cut out into 9 pieces

Take out 1 piece

Roll it out

And fold

Grease your pan and arrange your dough

Cover and let it double in size just like this👇

Egg wash the top and pop in to your preheated oven, bake at low heat temp. Takes about just 5-8mins.
