I made this using my child's favorite ham and cheese.
It looks just like store bought bread, but you can easily make it an home!

This bread is easy to shape, still fluffy the next day, and popular.
Try making different types of bread using this dough.

When shaping the dough, slice it, but be careful not to slice all the way through it.
If the dough is sticky, coat it with some flour. Recipe by kiyko-u

  3. 5 gramsSalt
  4. 25 gramsSugar
  5. 12 gramsSkim milk powder
  6. 170 mlWater
  7. 5 gramsDry yeast
  8. 8 sliceHam
  9. 1Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

In a measuring cup, combine the water, dry yeast, sugar, and salt and mix well.

  2. 2

Add what you just made in step one, the flour, the butter, and the skim milk powder into a bread machine and mix gently. Set your bread machine on the dough making setting.

  3. 3

Once done, take out the dough and divide it into 8 portions. Cover them with a tightly wrung out damp towel and let it sit for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

Punch the dough to deflate, roll it out into a circular shape, and then put the ham on top.

  5. 5

Roll it up from the bottom, and when you are done, have the edge facing inside and fold the two ends in as well and pinch the dough together.

  6. 6

In the center, with a scraper or kitchen knife, cut a slit and open it.

  7. 7

Let the dough rise for a second time in a steam oven at 95℉ (35℃) for 35 minutes.

  8. 8

    Top with mayonnaise.

  9. 9

Sprinkle on plenty of cheese and then parsley on top. Bake them at 400℉ (200℃) for 15 minutes.
