Cooking Instructions

Wash and cook your gizzard with salt, maggi and curry, cover to cook, when done try the gizzard a little set aside.

Peel, cut and fry the plantain with salt.

Slice the tomatoes, pepper and onions in a big chucks put little oil in a pan and fry, add, salt curry and maggi stir it should not be too done. Now put then in the stick ready to eat
