Ingredients

1 bowlchopped vegetables
1 tspginger paste
1tomato chopped
1onion chopped
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tspcumin seed
1 tspgreen chillies chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil
1 tbspcoriander leaf chopped

Steps

Heat oil and temper cumin seed and green chillies
2

Add ginger paste and saute well
3

Add garlic paste and onion chopped and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Add veggies saute well till it is soft
5

Add sugar and tomato saute until the tomatoes are soft
6

Serve with Chapati
